I helped set up the new Wine & Beer section at Costco Gloucester 🍷🍺 — from display layout to box-cutting techniques. I also created and designed a visual Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 📋✨ to guide the team on how to cut, stack, and present wine boxes for max visibility, safety, and sales impact. Our efforts paid off — we ranked #1 in wine sales across all of Canada during the busiest and most competitive season: Christmas and New Year’s! 🛒🍾🏆
